On Saturday 4 July, Potrell headed to the JEKRI Obstacle Run in Roeselare for a sporting challenge. During this B2B event, we took on an obstacle course featuring no less than 8 km of running and 20 obstacles. It was a day full of action, teamwork and fun, topped off with an impressive fourth-place finish.

As a proud sponsor of JEKRI (Jonge Economische Kamer Roeselare-Izegem), Potrell naturally took part in the JEKRI Obstacle Run. We lined up at the start with no fewer than five teams, competing against a total of 265 corporate teams. Several of our long-standing partners also joined us, including Kaster Keukens, Natuursteenfamilie and Zoutman.
The 8-kilometre course offered plenty of variety. Climbing, scrambling, crawling, water obstacles and muddy sections followed one another in quick succession, putting not only our fitness but also our teamwork and perseverance to the test.
That strong teamwork also resulted in an excellent sporting performance. One of our teams battled its way to an impressive fourth place, a result we are particularly proud of. After all that physical effort, it was time to relax and enjoy some food and drinks together.
