From its inception Potrell has grown into a leading player in the property sector, specialising in the acquisition and development of land, new homes, flats and subdivisions. Since 2017, Potrell has focused exclusively on residential property development. Our medium-scale projects, ranging from two to forty units, include new-build houses, apartments and mixed-use projects. We operate in East and West Flanders, Flemish Brabant and recently in the province of Antwerp.

From day one, Potrell’s mission has been to offer quality and affordable homes, ready to welcome new residents and their stories. The company continues to grow strongly, supported by the same solid foundations and a lasting focus on sustainable progress.
