BVBA POTRELL, acting as data controller, attaches great importance to the secure, transparent and confidential collection and processing of your personal data. BVBA POTRELL asks you to read this privacy statement carefully, as it contains essential information about how your personal data is processed and for what purposes. By providing your personal data, you expressly acknowledge having taken note of this privacy statement and expressly agree to it, as well as to the processing itself.

Processing activities are always carried out in accordance with the relevant (Belgian and European) legislation, and more specifically the Belgian Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

By completing any information or contact form or by using the website, you may provide us with the following personal data: your identification and contact details, including name, title, address, email address, telephone and/or mobile number.
