Van E30 tot E20: bijna-energieneutrale nieuwbouw (BEN)
Het E-peil geeft aan hoe energiezuinig een woning ontworpen en gebouwd is. Deze maatstaf wordt in Vlaanderen gebruikt bij nieuwbouw en ingrijpende renovaties om de energieprestaties van een gebouw te beoordelen. Bij Potrell voldoen al onze nieuwbouwwoningen minstens aan de wettelijke norm van E-peil 30. In sommige projecten gaan we nog een stap verder tot E20. Want hoe lager het E-peil, hoe energiezuiniger de woningen.
E30 is vandaag de norm en vormt een sterke basis: een energiezuinige woning met een laag verbruik dankzij goede isolatie en slimme, duurzame technieken. E20 gaat nog een stap verder en zorgt ervoor dat je woning nog minder energie nodig heeft, wat resulteert in nog meer wooncomfort.
Zo realiseren we met Potrell bijvoorbeeld nieuwbouwprojecten in Buggenhout en Roeselare met E-peil 20. Deze energiezuinige woningen zetten in op een doordachte combinatie van systemen, zoals vloerverwarming op beide verdiepingen aangestuurd door een energiezuinige warmtepomp. Dit wordt verder aangevuld met zonnepanelen en een ventilatiesysteem D. Dat systeem voert continu verse lucht aan en vervuilde lucht af, waarbij de warmte uit de afgevoerde lucht wordt hergebruikt en er dus minder energie verloren gaat.

Je verbruikt minder, bent minder afhankelijk van externe factoren en behoudt meer controle over je energiefactuur.

E-peil vs EPC: wat is het verschil?
Het E-peil wordt vaak verward met het EPC. E-peil geeft aan hoe energiezuinig een woning ontworpen en gebouwd is, terwijl het EPC iets zegt over hoeveel energie je woning in de praktijk verbruikt en wordt uitgedrukt in kWh/(m² jaar).
