ENVIRONMENT
In the pleasant village of Houtem, a sub-municipality of Veurne, Potrell is developing a small-scale new-build project of three contemporary houses. The family houses are quietly located, just a fifteen-minute drive from the city of Veurne, where a wide range of shops, schools and supermarkets can be found.

LAYOUT
The plots have attractive surface areas ranging from 392 m² to 440 m². On the ground floor, the houses comprise an entrance hall, a guest toilet and a cosy sitting and dining area. From the kitchen, you have a view of the west-facing garden. Lot 3 also features an integrated garage with the necessary storage space.

On the first floor, you will find the night hall, three bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom equipped with a double washbasin, shower and bath. The attic can optionally be fitted out as an additional bedroom or a multi-purpose space. In addition, the complete external works (driveway, terrace, garden fencing, levelling and lawn seeding) are already included and provided by Potrell. Lot 2 is offered in its current condition, meaning it is plastered and fitted with a screed floor. The price list also shows the price if it is fully finished.
